One way we have done this is by developing and implementing a quality control system that is recognized by a leading ISO Registrar as having zero non‐conformances in every registration audit and following surveillance audit. From the beginning, we have been dedicated to setting and maintaining a higher level of quality than the norm. To achieve this goal, we have set up an independent inspection room near our work zone stocked with a multitude of inspection tools. Among them are an optical comparator, a government-inspected and approved impact testing unit, a small army of gauges and micrometers, a calibrated flat measuring surface and much much more. To ensure that our measuring equipment is a up to spec, we have a dedicated electronic system to track and maintain all calibration dates and records.
